There are several benefits of this new integrated solution:

  • Reduce waste of precious resources such as water

  • Reduce chemical fertilizers and pesticides runoffs to the planet’s rivers and oceans which consequently increase the species diversity in these environments

  • Reduce CO2 gas emission because the food can be produced close to the consumption location and the system itself has negative carbon emission

  • Reduce population migration because the food can be produced in any location and at a lower cost

  • Reduce worldwide hunger because it provides a lower cost and lower maintenance food production system that can be implemented anywhere

  • Reduce the dangers of increase in atmosphere temperature

  • Increase productivity because this system has the flexibility of increasing in size vertically besides horizontally and it can produce food even in areas where soil-based growth is not possible such as cold regions, rocky regions or even deserts

  • Reduce temperature in urban areas where the temperature is consistently higher than the countryside temperature
